The “January Jumpstart to a Fit You” is a 33-day fitness and wellness challenge that combines quick and effective workouts, nutritional guidance, and accountability to help you jumpstart your fitness journey or take it to the next level. Perfect for busy women, this program is home-friendly, requires minimum equipment (dumbbells), and is easy to fit into your daily routine.
What’s Included?

• 30-minute workouts, 5 days a week.
